Doğançay Hydroelectricity, TURKEY - Plant Construction

A major task of Doğançay Hydroelectricity Plant Construction Project is the drivage of the about 7 km long power tunnel by using a Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM). Due to weak rock mass, the TBM has been jammed three times on the first 4 km.
