Kazakhmys Corporation, KAZAKHSTAN - Optimization of Copper Ore Production in Zhezkazgan
The mining operator Kazakhmys Corporation encountered extremely high costs for the maintenance of the technical equipment. This was due to inaccurate drillings, the use of too much explosives, insufficient road construction and lack of maintenance.
